Pomegranate Health India LLP is a technology company. We own and operate a technology-enabled platform that facilitates access to independent healthcare professionals and wellness services. We are not a hospital, clinic, diagnostic centre, pharmacy, or healthcare provider.

All content, information, programmes, tools, and communications made available on the Platform — whether before or after registration — are provided for general informational and facilitation purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

All clinical relationships, medical decisions, diagnoses, and treatment recommendations are solely between you and the independent Registered Medical Practitioner (“RMP”) conducting your consultation. RMPs on the Platform are independent professionals registered under the National Medical Commission Act, 2020 and applicable State Medical Council regulations, and are not employees or agents of Pomegranate Health India LLP.

The following applies to all content and services available on the Platform:

• No content on the Platform — including text, graphics, images, tools, assessments, or responses generated through the Platform — should be construed as medical advice or a substitute for a professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment.
• All health and wellness information available on the Platform is for general informational purposes only. It is not tailored to your individual medical condition, history, or needs.
• You should always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical condition, symptoms, or treatment options. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information you have read or accessed on this Platform.
• In the event of a medical emergency, please immediately call the national emergency helpline (112) or go to your nearest hospital emergency department. The Platform is not equipped to handle medical emergencies.
• Results of any wellness programme, consultation, or treatment facilitated through the Platform may vary from individual to individual and depend on personal health circumstances, adherence to treatment, and other clinical factors. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes.

The Platform facilitates teleconsultations between users and independent RMPs in accordance with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020 (“TPG 2020”) issued by the National Medical Commission. The following applies to all teleconsultation services:

• Telemedicine consultations are not a replacement for in-person clinical examination in all situations. Your RMP may, at their clinical discretion, recommend that you seek an in-person consultation where they determine that a physical examination is necessary for safe and accurate assessment.
• The RMP’s clinical judgment, diagnosis, and prescription recommendations are based solely on information provided by you during the consultation. Incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld information may affect the quality of care. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate health information.
• Pomegranate Health India LLP makes reasonable efforts to onboard RMPs who are appropriately qualified and duly registered with the relevant medical councils at the time of their engagement. However, this verification does not amount to an endorsement of any particular RMP or a guarantee of clinical outcomes.
• You are free to raise concerns about any RMP with our support team. We will, where feasible, arrange an alternative RMP for your consultation.
• Consultation records, clinical notes, and prescriptions generated through the Platform are the professional output of the independent RMP and are not the products of Pomegranate Health India LLP.

4.1 Prescription Medications

GLP-1 receptor agonist medications (including, without limitation, semaglutide and tirzepatide formulations) are prescription-only medicines under Schedule H of the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945. They may only be prescribed by a duly registered medical practitioner following a clinical assessment of your individual health status, medical history, and suitability. Pomegranate Health India LLP does not prescribe, dispense, manufacture, or sell any prescription medication.

4.2 No Guarantee of Weight Loss Outcomes

Weight management outcomes vary significantly between individuals and depend on multiple factors including metabolic health, adherence to prescribed treatment, dietary habits, physical activity levels, comorbidities, and individual response to medication. Any references to expected outcomes or programme objectives on the Platform are indicative only. Pomegranate Health India LLP makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee of any specific weight loss result.

4.3 Eligibility and Medical Suitability

Access to GLP-1 based weight management programmes is subject to a mandatory medical eligibility assessment conducted by an independent RMP. Not all users will be eligible for GLP-1 medication. The prescribing RMP’s decision is final and based on clinical judgment. The Platform will not override or circumvent the RMP’s clinical assessment.

4.4 Side Effects and Risks

GLP-1 medications may carry side effects and risks including but not limited to nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, abdominal discomfort, hypoglycaemia (in certain populations), and other effects. You must disclose your complete medical history, current medications, and any known allergies to your RMP before starting any medication. If you experience any adverse effects, you must contact your prescribing RMP immediately and, in the case of a serious adverse reaction, seek emergency medical care.

4.5 Advertising Restrictions

In compliance with the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954 and Rule 106 read with Schedule J of the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945, the Platform does not advertise, promote, or name specific prescription-only GLP-1 medications to the general public. All references to weight management services are positioned as facilitation of access to qualified medical care and not as promotion of any drug or pharmaceutical product.

The Platform facilitates consultations and wellness services related to women’s health conditions including but not limited to Polycystic Ovarian Disease (“PCOD”), Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (“PCOS”), hormonal imbalances, menstrual irregularities, thyroid conditions, and reproductive health. The following applies to all women’s health services:

• All diagnoses related to PCOD, PCOS, hormonal conditions, or any other women’s health concern are made exclusively by independent RMPs following a clinical consultation and, where necessary, review of diagnostic test results. No self-assessment tool, questionnaire, or content on the Platform constitutes a diagnosis.
• Hormonal and reproductive health conditions are complex and may require ongoing specialist care. Consultations facilitated through the Platform are a complement to, and not a replacement for, specialist gynaecological or endocrinological care where such specialist intervention is clinically indicated.
• Prescription medications for hormonal conditions (including, without limitation, oral contraceptive pills, metformin, hormone therapy preparations, and related medicines) are Schedule H prescription-only medicines and may only be prescribed following a clinical assessment. The Platform facilitates access to such prescriptions through independent RMPs only.
• The Platform does not provide fertility treatment, IVF facilitation, or assisted reproductive technology services. Any reference to reproductive health management is limited to general wellness and medical consultation facilitation.

The Platform facilitates consultations and services related to men’s health including but not limited to testosterone management, erectile dysfunction, hair loss, weight management, energy and metabolic health. The following applies to all men’s health services:

• All treatments for men’s health conditions, including hormone therapy and prescription medications for erectile dysfunction or hair loss, are prescription-only medicines and are prescribed exclusively by independent RMPs following a clinical assessment and, where required, review of laboratory investigations.
• Testosterone and hormonal therapies carry specific risks and contraindications. You must disclose your complete medical history, cardiovascular history, and current medications to your RMP before initiating any such treatment. Self-medication with hormonal preparations is dangerous and strictly discouraged.
• Results of men’s health programmes, including but not limited to testosterone optimisation and ED treatment, are individual and depend on clinical, lifestyle, and adherence factors. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

The Platform facilitates teleconsultations with RMPs for dermatology, skin care, and hair loss conditions. The following applies:

• Dermatological assessments conducted via telemedicine are based on images, descriptions, and health information provided by you. They are subject to the inherent limitations of remote assessment and may not be equivalent to a full in-person dermatological examination in all cases. Your RMP may recommend an in-person consultation where clinically appropriate.
• Prescription skincare preparations and dermatological medications are Schedule H medicines and are prescribed exclusively by independent RMPs. Over-the-counter product recommendations, where made, are for general informational purposes and do not constitute medical advice.
• Hair loss conditions may have multiple underlying causes including hormonal, nutritional, autoimmune, and genetic factors. A telemedicine consultation is not a substitute for a trichological examination where such examination is warranted.

The Platform may offer access to wellness programmes, nutritional coaching, longevity-focused services, nutraceutical recommendations, and related lifestyle interventions. The following applies:

• Wellness programmes, nutritional guidance, and lifestyle coaching offered through the Platform are not a substitute for medical treatment. They are complementary services intended to support general health and wellbeing.
• Nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, and wellness products recommended through the Platform are not drugs and are not regulated as prescription medicines under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940. Their efficacy for specific medical conditions is not clinically established unless separately validated and regulated. You should consult your RMP before starting any supplement regimen, particularly if you have existing medical conditions or are on prescription medication.
• Injectable wellness therapies (such as vitamin injections, NAD+ therapy, glutathione, and similar interventions) must only be administered under the supervision of a qualified medical professional. The Platform facilitates prescriptions and guidance for such interventions through independent RMPs but does not administer them directly.
• Any claims relating to longevity, cellular health, metabolic optimisation, or anti-ageing on the Platform are informational and are not intended to constitute medical claims, therapeutic claims, or disease-prevention claims.

The Platform may facilitate access to diagnostic test services through third-party licensed laboratories. The following applies:

• Diagnostic tests are conducted by independent, licensed third-party laboratories. Pomegranate Health India LLP is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or timeliness of laboratory results.
• Diagnostic test results must be interpreted by a qualified RMP in the context of your complete clinical picture. Test results available on the Platform are not self-interpretable and do not constitute a diagnosis.
• Certain tests may require recent laboratory results to be provided before an RMP can safely prescribe medication. The Platform may facilitate this requirement, but the clinical decision regarding the necessity and interpretation of tests rests solely with the RMP.

Where the Platform facilitates medicine fulfilment through licensed third-party pharmacies, the following applies:

• Medicines are dispensed by independent, duly licensed pharmacies under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940. Pomegranate Health India LLP is not a pharmacy and does not hold a drug licence. We facilitate the connection between the prescribing RMP and the licensed dispensing pharmacy.
• Prescription medicines will only be dispensed against a valid prescription issued by an empanelled RMP. Self-medication or attempting to obtain prescription medicines without a valid prescription through the Platform is not permitted and will result in termination of your account.
• Delivery timelines are subject to the pharmacy’s logistics capabilities and applicable courier services. Pomegranate Health India LLP does not guarantee specific delivery timelines and is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, regulatory checks, or force majeure events.
• You are responsible for reviewing your prescription and confirming the accuracy of the medicines received. Any discrepancy must be reported immediately to our support team and the dispensing pharmacy.

Persons who have not completed registration on the Platform (“Unregistered Users”) may access certain public-facing content including general wellness information and platform descriptions. The following applies to Unregistered Users:

• Unregistered Users must not rely on any information available on the Platform for medical or health-related decision-making. Any reliance placed on such information is strictly at the Unregistered User’s own risk.
• Access to healthcare services, diagnostic testing, teleconsultations, and participation in any treatment or wellness programme is available only upon completion of registration and acceptance of the applicable Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Pomegranate Health India LLP disclaims all liability arising from the use of the Platform by Unregistered Users prior to registration.

Pomegranate Health India LLP will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability. However, the following applies:

• The Platform may be subject to periods of planned or unplanned downtime, maintenance, technical issues, or outages beyond our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform or any Service.
• The Platform is intended for use within the Republic of India. Users accessing the Platform from outside India do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws. In the event you are travelling abroad during an active treatment programme, you must inform your treating RMP and carry necessary prescriptions.
• The Platform’s functionality may vary by device, browser, and internet connectivity. Pomegranate Health India LLP is not responsible for technical issues arising from your device, software, or internet service provider.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

• Pomegranate Health India LLP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform or any Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of health, personal injury, medical complications, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other losses arising from reliance on Platform content or services.
• Our liability, in any case, shall be limited to the fees paid by you to Pomegranate Health India LLP for the specific Service in connection with which the liability arises, in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for the acts, omissions, clinical decisions, or professional conduct of independent RMPs, laboratories, pharmacies, or any other third-party service providers facilitated through the Platform. Such parties are independent professionals and are solely responsible for their own services.
• Nothing in this Disclaimer shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our direct negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, programme descriptions, assessment tools, and software, is the intellectual property of Pomegranate Health India LLP or its licensors. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Pomegranate Health India LLP.

The Platform may contain links to or references to third-party websites, services, or content. Pomegranate Health India LLP does not control or endorse any third-party content and is not responsible for its accuracy, availability, legality, or privacy practices. Access to third-party content through the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

Pomegranate Health India LLP will adopt all reasonable measures to comply with applicable central and state government laws, regulations, and directives relating to its services, including:

• Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020 (National Medical Commission)
• Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Rules thereunder
• Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954
• Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and DPDP Rules, 2025
• Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules
• Consumer Protection Act, 2019
• Any other applicable central or state healthcare, telehealth, pharmacy, or data protection regulation

You may, as part of regulatory compliance requirements, be required to complete identity verification (KYC), health declarations, or other tasks. Failure to complete required verifications may result in suspension or discontinuation of Services.

Pomegranate Health India LLP reserves the right to update, modify, or replace this Disclaimer at any time. The updated Disclaimer will be published on the Platform and will take effect from the date of publication. Your continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Disclaimer. We recommend that you review this Disclaimer periodically.

This Disclaimer is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Srinagar, J&K, India.

This Disclaimer is the current version and is effective from 24 October 2026.
